A Little About Me
My name is Amani Simpson and I am one of the newest interns here at BRAVO! I am a recent graduate from Frostburg State University. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. I am 21 years old and I live in Waldorf Maryland. I am a part of the Washington Center’s internship program for the summer.
Since I only live 30 minutes away from D.C I am a commuter to the TWC program. I think this is a good and a bad thing for me. The good thing is I still get to see my family often since I live at home. The only bad thing is the traffic during rush hour!! It takes me an hour and sometimes an hour and a half to get to DC. I might have to consider taking the train soon. Other than that I love being in DC. Everything is literally walking distance and there is so much to do! You never get bored!
I can’t wait to see what the rest of my summer has in store for me!
